Shipping & Fulfillment

We want to ensure your order will reach you as quickly as possible. If you have an upcoming course, please be mindful of processing and shipping times so you receive your order in time.

Here’s a quick overview of our fulfillment process for ordering on our site.

  • In checkout when placing an order, you will be presented with a few options to choose from depending on how soon you need the order.

    FedEx Ground Shipping — 1-5 business days

    FedEx Standard Overnight® — Next business day

    • By 8 pm for residential

    • By 4:30 pm for business

    FedEx Priority Overnight® — Next business day

    • By noon for residential

    • By 10:30 a.m. to most businesses in the contiguous U.S.

    • By 4:30 p.m. to some rural areas

    FedEx First Overnight® —Next business day morning

    • By 8 a.m., 8:30 a.m., 9 a.m. or 9:30 a.m. to most areas.

    • Additional extended delivery locations are guaranteed up to 2 p.m

  • Morningside Press and FedEx do not provide shipping insurance.

    For orders over $500, we declare the value of the shipment to add value-based coverage in the event the package(s) are lost/destroyed.

  • Once you complete checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email.

  • Orders ship out at 3 pm PST Mon-Fri. Once we ship your order, you will receive a tracking number in your email to monitor delivery updates.

    Please note: Tracking updates may not be available from carrier for several hours after receiving tracking number.

  • International shipping is automatically calculated for the countries listed below at checkout for smaller orders. If yours is not on the list or you need to place a large order, please reach out using the form above.

  • Educational organizations can send us a purchase order by email at mpress@morningsideacademy.org for bulk orders. Ask us for a quote!

  • Notify us within 15 days if you received the wrong item of if there was a defect. Please contact the carrier if your item was lost or damaged in transit.

    We reserve the right to refuse refund or replacement requests beyond our return policy.
